Alexandra Goudreau, HBSc.
Alex is a second year Master's student at the Adamo Lab. After starting her current position as the PLACENTA project manager in 2018, she began her undergraduate thesis in the fall of 2019. Her project focuses on the relationship between physical activity during pregnancy and the polarization of the placental immune system. After completing her HBSc. in Biomedical Sciences, Alex is excited to be starting her Master's degree with the Adamo Lab. She will continue to explore how physical activity in pregnancy affects the immune system within the placenta. In her spare time, Alex enjoys volunteering for Twice Upon a Time, playing volleyball, and camping. |
Emilie Miller, HBSc.
Emilie is a first year Master’s student in the Adamo lab. She graduated from a HBSc. in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa (’21).
