Smart Tips

Smart Tips are major feature within the SmartMoms-Canada app. Moms-to-be will be delivered with bi-weekly tips during their first trimester and then weekly tips during their second and third trimesters. The tips will empower the moms-to-be with ways to improve health-related aspects of their life. Specifically, the tips provide moms-to-be with information on healthy eating, exercising, sleeping, goal setting, becoming motivated, seeking support, and relaxation techniques. To keep the moms-to-be engaged with the app, the Smart Tips will be delivered to their phone via push notification. Then, after receiving the Smart Tip the moms-to-be always have access to re-read the tips within the Smart Tips page in the app.
